Art of Conversation chronicles periodical conversations between todays foremost artists and their chosen interlocutor. Published by Zien, a Web3 platform for contemporary art. For each edition, an artist is invited to select a collaborator, mentor, partner, parent or stranger for a wide-ranging conversation. Think of this as a space where you can listen in on often unusual and insightful dialogue not typically captured during more structured interviews. We’ll also be publishing occasional think pieces penned by the team at Zien or members of our network, exploring the emerging terrain between crypto and traditional art.

Zien is a contemporary art platform that aims to transform the centuries old user experience of collecting art. At the heart of the platform are what we call Expanded NFTs, digital works that can be acquired and later redeemed, on-demand, for physical counterparts.
